The Retro Show is a classic car and bike show with a difference: Unlike most shows where you park up in a field and sip tea, this is an action-packed day where you can take part in the racing and show & shine whatever type of retro machinery you have.
Retro Show is open to all retro vehicles including cars, bikes, scooters and lorries from the 1950’s to the 1980’s. Featuring: all day RWYB, Drag Demos, Drag Racing, Show & Shine, Traders, Auto Jumble, Club Stands, Camping, Vehicles 4 Sale Paddock, Evening Entertainment, Fun Fair Rides and more.

The Sprint Section of the VMCC are pleased to announce another great line-up of Machines from the world of Straight-Line Motorcycling to give visitors to this years 1000 bikes a taste of our Sport.
THE 2010 VMCC FESTIVAL OF 1000 BIKES, THE UK TRACK WEEKEND!
After another record breaking event in 2009 the VMCCs Festival of 1000 Bikes returns to Mallory Park on the weekend of 09th/10th/11th July 2010.
With the support of Footman James insurance Brokers, Bonhams Auctioneers, Mortons Motorcycle Media, The National Motorcycle Museum & ERIKS, the 2010 event promises to be another weekend to remember.
As in previous years the event gives enthusiasts the opportunity to ride their own machines in multiple track sessions over the weekend. On the Saturday of the event we cater for all classes of road machines from the earliest Veterans (discounted entry fee available for pre 1925 machines) through to machines of the super bike which reflect the wide range of interests within the VMCC. With lesser noise restrictions Sunday is the day for riders to display their racing machinery in special track sessions running throughout the day.

A week long festval of bike sport take place at Scarborough this week starting with the Barry Sheene Race Festival for classic and modern machines. The Auto 66 annual festival at the very traditional Olivers Mount circuit.
On Tuesday 6th July the Olivers Mount Speed Hill Climb.
On Wednesday 7th July the Olivers Mount Sprint and Stunt Show
On Thursday 8th the Dalby Forest Speed Hill Climb
And the grand finale on Saturday 10th Sunday 11th July at Olivers Mount - The Cock O the North Roadraces.

Membership of the NSA allows you to race, have free entry to sprint meets, attend the AGM and best of all, be part of an historic club dedicated to motorcycle racing. The NSA North registration for Straightliners is required in addition to NSA Membership. NSA North events are run in conjunction with Straightliners.
