The ACU Ladies Trials Training Day at Bracken Rocks, Nr Matlock is due to be featured on National TV as part of the new Bingo Lotto Lottery show. Originally scheduled for the second programme of the Series, the ACU have now received confirmation that it will now be shown on Friday 2nd May 2008.

The Lochaber Motor Cycle Club staged Round 1 of the Colin Appleyard British Solo Trials Championship at Kinlochleven on Sunday April 13th in wet conditions. Those conditions contributed to a higher score line than envisaged by the organising team, and provided a shock result in the Championship class. Kentish born Ripon domiciled Graham Jarvis faces his toughest Championship defence on Sunday where the 33 year old Champion clashes with young ‘pretenders’ Michael Brown, James Dabill, Sam Haslam, Ross Danby and Alexz Wigg and Lee Sampson. The average age of the sextet is twenty years.
