Sunday’s Moto 60 race, in addition to being a Round of the ACU Clubman’s Championship, also saw another of New Era’s latest initiatives to keep the meeting running smoothly, a Safety Car instead of the normal red flags.  The car was brought out after lap 1 leader, Jamie Wheatley fell at Russell’s Chicane, his bike careering into and demolishing the tyre wall, leaving Jennings to stretch out a lead from new Grandad Pete Baker with Charlie Corner in Baker’s slips....

This new and prestigious ACU Championship, to be held on Major Circuits, is open to all riders of racing machines and must represent very good value with no Club Membership to pay and with Prize Money and end of year ACU awards to win. The first round of this Championship will be held at Brands Hatch, Sunday 15th April 2007For more details on the first round of this Championship click here ....

Over 40 riders took advantage of the FREE 2 day training event at Mallory Park in Leicestershire. The first day of the event gave riders in the Academy the chance to consider the importance of media skills with a short seminar from top racing photography company Double Red.  This was followed by an afternoon of Sports Psychology with the Academy’s regular Sports Psychologist Ashley Scott.Ashley spent the afternoon talking to the riders about the importance of goal setting and self-bel....
